That's why I've kited by TWC out the way they are now because I intend on getting more in the future, maybe end up getting six or eight; some with power weapons and some with standard weapons but I want them to be my charging force, the shock force. Then, as said above, bring in a supporting squad in a dedicated transport, probably GH. But that's just one of a few tactics, I mean come one, 5 attacks on charge is gorgeous

One great way to do this is magnetize the arms. It is something I'm learning, but it maximizes the monetary return on your models.

I'll second that. I have 7 that are magnetized & I really wish I had thought of it sooner.

If you are not running TWC with all Storm Shields, do you give the Powerfist to one of the guys with the Storm Shields or you just have the Powerfist guy?

I give my special weapons to a regular dude. Sergeant with SS is there to eat high S low AP shots and Lo,S the other ones and the second SS guy is there as an insurance. This is when running 4 dudes.

The other reason not to give the power weapon to your sgt in a unit is mind scarabs. If you are challenged by a necron unit with Mind Scarabs, it is best to just let the guy beat himself or others with a normal CC weapon.
