Millicant
Hello, I have often thought it would be very nice to have a button on threads that would take me to the first unread post. The mobile version of the site does this automatically, but this isn't available for the normal site. Unless it is somewhere and I've completely missed it... Anyways, this is a feature I wish for almost everyday, as I often don't remember which post I've read up to in a 15+ page thread. Thanks! Dam13n
There is. If you place your mouse cursor over a thread you'll see a little button appear that allows you to preview the thread, click on it. You'll then see the option to "view latest unread" at the bottom of the preview. Like so (the X is where the "little button" appears): http://i352.photobucket.com/albums/r358/MatthewDaunt/Preview_zpsea095094.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/297620-unread-posts/#findComment-3825934 Share on other sites
Brother Tyler
Alternately, if you click on the "unread posts" image (the red meatball in the default skin), you'll be taken to the first unread post. The image below shows what happens if you hold the mouse over the image for a second (the mouse doesn't show up in the screenshot - my mouse was over the image to the left of the "is something wrong?" topic).
