Special_K1979
Hello Warhammer 40K players! I've gotten into the hobby 4 months ago and have chosen Salamanders and White Scars as my desired chapters...my son chose Necrons. As I have most of my stuff all assembled and purchased the codex and rules for the latest edition...I am finding the need to get some advice on building some army lists. The local stores around me play pickup games around 1850-2000 points regularly and I'd like to learn what the most deadly general purpose armies I can put together to take on about anyone competitively. Also, if there are some other things I should consider getting to balance out a deadly tournament quality list...I am up for suggestions. I am looking for advice on putting together a mixed Salamander/White Scars army and individual armies for each of those...it can also include Imperial Knights too as I'm putting them together as well. Please send any ideas as I don't want to get bored playing the same kind of list. My Salamanders stuff: 6 tactical squads (7 bolters, 1 multimelta, 1 flamer, Sgt has power sword and grav pistol) 2 assault centurion squads (assault drill + twin flamers) 2 devastator squads (4 plasma cannons, 4 lascannons, 2 Sgts) 1 Command Squad Vulcan He'stan 2 Land Raider Redeemers (Multi-melta and twin flamers) 1 Dreadnaught 2 Storm Talons (1 has lascannons, 1 has Typhoon missles) 1 Storm Raven (heavy bolters) Aegis Defense line *custom Librarian Vel'cona (commissioned piece) *custom Chaplain Nomus Rhy'tan (commissioned piece) *custom Chapter Master Tu'Shan (commissioned piece) My White Scars stuff: 18 bikes 3 assault bikes Kosorro Khan Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/297636-new-member/ Share on other sites
Olis
Hail brother! Welcome to the forums! I think you'll need to post this stuff down in the +Strategium+ - specifically the codex space marines army list section. You'll probably get a good response there, rather than here. :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/297636-new-member/#findComment-3827763 Share on other sites
