Imperial Fist terminator asault squad - which armour mark?

Hail Fraters,

 

I'm wanting to add a dedicated combat unit to my Imperial Fists pride of the legion list. It's already got a couple of cataphractii units equipped for equal parts combat and shooting, but needs another squad for cracking my opponents toughest units and armour (as well as covering myself against loosing all the termis and conceding the extra VP). I'm torn between which type of armour to put them in though.

 

They'll be joined by a termi praetor and termi primus medicae and delivered via kharybdiss or caestus into the heart of the enemy. So which of the following units to build?

 

8 Legion Tartaros Terminators: Plasma Blaster; 2× Pair of Lightning Claws; 4× Storm shield; Chainfist; 4× Thunderhammer; 2× Pair of Lightning Claws; inc Legion Terminator Sergeant (Storm shield; Thunderhammer) 445

 

8 Legion Cataphractii Terminators: Cataphractii Armour; Plasma Blaster; 2× Combi-weapon; 4× Storm shield (cataphractii); 2× Power Fist; Chainfist; 4× Thunderhammer; inc Legion Terminator Sergeant (Cataphractii Armiour; Storm Shield (cataphractii); Thunderhammer) 414
 

The Cataphractii armour saves me 41 points (as the characters don't need to pay full whach for storm shields either as they may as well also take cataphractii armour), gives the 3 none storm shield wielding models a better invulnerable save as well as giving me a little shooting. The Tartaros unit is a more dedicated combat unit and can run to keep them in the fight (and may as well as they have virtually no shooting).

 

Which would you opt for? I can't decide between them!
