You pop him down via Deep Strike with a unit of MoT Terminators and you hope that someone with a costly unit full of power weapons attacks you. I'm planning on a Terminator Lord with this set up plus a Sigil of Corruption to get the 3++, I'd be putting him with my Power Fist/Combi-Melta Terminator Squad (1 Chain Fist) to DS along with a Mayhem Pack with either Multi-Meltas or Plasma Cannons.
