Grim Dog Studios
Hi guys, bit off an odd question, but could anybody provide information on this figure http://www.games-workshop.com/en-GB/Space-Wolves-Grey-Hunter-with-Wolf-Standard. I'm currently building a 30k SW force and would really like to convert this mini for my army, as I love it's legs with the fur and the etched runes. Basically, could it be a relatively easy job of removing the top of his torso, whilst keeping the fancy belt, with a knife? Or is there anything preventing a clean cut on the back such as pouches or grenades? My plan is to modify either a MK IV or a MK VI torso to fit the belt, I have done a previous similar conversion before with a MK VI torso however that was much simpler than what I am planning here. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Cheers, James Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/298063-wolf-standard-figure-question/ Share on other sites

Grim Dog Studios
The legs are MK VI however his torso appears to be MK VII by the looks of the three cables just above the belt unfortunately. skeletoro
sounds plausible given the way GW often deal with different marks of power armour (mix them up a bit, with lots of hard to categorize stuff too) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/298063-wolf-standard-figure-question/#findComment-3835703 Share on other sites
