brother_contagion Posted October 26, 2014 Share Posted October 26, 2014 If a psyker has the +3I from Warp Speed before or after he becomes concussed, does he strike at I4 or is he still at Initiative 1? It simply says he gains +3 to his initiative and blessings last until your next Psychic Phase, so wouldn't it last until the you have to recast it o does the Concussive rule ignore it?
