Lord Asvaldir
Anyone know of some good alternative artillery models for units like the medusa and the basilisk? I'm referring to the heavy ordnance platoon, none vehicle versions in IA13 for the renegades and heretics list, though since the R&H forum gets very little traffic I'm hoping someone here knows of some models. The FW ones are nice but if you want to take three that price stacks up quickly. WarriorFish
I don't think there's much out there unless you're thinking of WWII style models. You could do a search of 1:28 scale artillery models and see what you find but a cursory look didn't reveal too much unfortunately. elmo
You may have a chance with some modern artillery.. M777 or Long Tom but I have no idea which scale would fit. I would be tempted with 1:35 but you would have to see one in the flesh to be sure... librisrouge
http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-EmstoeexiLY/TxtsU6SoT6I/AAAAAAAAA74/rajq3oISYQE/s1600/American+21C+Long+Tom.jpg I have three of these (I think those are the right ones) that I use as Basilisk platforms. Nobody seems to mind that they're a hair too small. Lord Asvaldir
World War II models would be fine, even WW1 really, those FW models could easily fit into that time period.
