Sigur Posted November 5, 2014 Share Posted November 5, 2014 Hey guys, I've been working on a project for another customer of mine. This time it's good old Blood Angels. For now it's 10 Sternguard, 5 Vanguard and five Sanguinary Guard. Only thing is that he prefers corroded metal on the meltagun rather than the green. I'm not a Marine player myself, or at least haven't been in a long time, but there is something all-encompassingly cool about Marines in power armour. :) Hope you like them! sockwithaticket Posted November 9, 2014 Share Posted November 9, 2014 Painting is awesome, but I can't get behind the posing of those Vanguard Veterans. I know the claws in that kit are terrible to make sensible poses with unless modified, but at least two of those are awful. It's basically base coat, some highlights, red wash, some more highlights and then some more highlights. :) @sockwithaticket: Yeah, I was wondering about the Lightning Claws arms myself. I didn't assemble the models myself, that was the customer's job. But I agree, the actual models of the arms are rather weird to pose. @DietofLiquor: Thank you and yeah, should be interesting times for Blood Angels. :) Hullo!
