I wanted to build up a list that I might start working on soon. C&C please as getting a good mixture with this RoW is slightly hard.

So, Command squad in achilles land raider covering both breacher squads with attached apothecaries providing fearless to the squads so they won't break (fingers crossed), if anything against a drop army I can just bunker up around the Medusa's and wait for the enemy to begin appearing. Medusa's provide anti-infantry support and Dread + Venator take care of vehicles/fliers. Sigismund, Medicae and Brethren inside Phobos, my heavy hitters for the most part. At 3500 I'll add in a FellBlade, but advice and feedback please! I know Breachers suck, but I'd like to play Zone Mortalis with them as well in the near future with some phalanx warders seeing as all these models are coming out soon http://heresy30k.invisionzone.com/public/style_emoticons/default/smile.png But yah, C&C please!

My only fear is that, at 3k, a Single Contemptor might not be enough to cover your Anti-Air Base. I'd probably drop the Medusae and try to get another Contemptor or Sicarian (not the Venator).

 

Apothecaries don't provide Fearless in 30k. So, yeah.

 

Since the Venators main gun is Ordnance, once that fire, the lascannons will be shooting snap shots. Not really worth it since they aren't even twin-linked for a re-roll.

 

Medusas are nice but with an Achilles, might not be required, imo, since the Achilles mortar can use quad shots or a S8 AP2 Shatter shell. That said, what do you plan on doing with the Achilles and the Command Squad Inside? They are pretty kitted out but since the Achilles isn't an assault vehicle and doesn't belong there to begin with, the points that squad take up might be better used in another fashion. Having a Thunderfire Cannon and Volkite Culverins means you have decently long range and good anti-infantry power in that one tank alone.

 

And believe it or not, its potentially tougher than a Spartan.

 

I would rant on the Breacher, but you know whats up with them. That said, for your ZM list, Take 1 Breacher Squad and 1 Phalanx Warder Squad + Contemptor with 2DCCW (heavy Flamers) and Alexis Polux. With some upgrades here and there it comes to 1k points and can be a surprisingly brutal list for anyone not familiar with our RoW and Legion Buffs. 

 

At 3.5k a Fellblade would make a nice addition but consider the Glaive. A s8 Ap3 Volkite Beam that hits everything under it (iirc) is a very nasty thing to run into. That or diversify/specialize your list more. While big shiny super-heavies make for nice centerpieces, a list is better served with being more well rounded/specialized than Ok-ish with a Super Heavy.

 

I have a 4k (3.5k if you remove the Tac Vets and Seekers)List here and compared to yours, I have a Spartan, Achilles, Phobos, 2 Primus Medicaes, 2 Contemptors and 26 Terminators. With 6-7 Chain Fists spread between the different Squads, all able to teleport in or hitch a ride in the Spartan. So even your big super Heavy will have a hard time against a Terminator Squad worth half its points.

No. Much appreciated slipstreams! I'll definitely go back to the drawing board for sure. It wasn't the apothecaries granting fearless but the command squad with the legion banner from inside the Achilles. I thought of swapping them up for a shooty version. But I do like the vets with heavy bolter suspensors.
