Cheers guys and gals Very much appreciate the feedback and comments. Been preoccupied with my HH Raven Guard model for March of the Legions recently, so not really made much progress with either painting or fluff for the Executioners. However, once the RG is finished (nearly done to be honest) this army will be getting my full attention again.

@ Drunes: The metallic blue is really simple brother. Starting from a grey primer (I always use grey undercoat these days but probably not that important), I give the model a couple of thin coats of Leadbelcher. Then I give it a quick dry brush of Runefang Steel to highlight the armour edges/raised areas. Then I just give it multiple, heavy washes of Drakenhof Nightshade. It takes at least two coats of Nightshade, and usually three or even four before I'm happy with the colour. Only other advice I can give you is don't be tempted to use Nuln Oil to make it darker, as it just becomes a metallic grey instead. Hope that helps!

Just need to decide on a scheme for the bases and write up the background for the squad.
