The free Maleceptor 'Nids rules; http://www.blacklibrary.com/Downloads/Product/PDF/rules/Maleceptor-EN.pdf The Psyker can attempt to manifest this psychic power up to three times in each of its Psychic phases Special Rules Psyker (Mastery Level 2) 1) Codex rules trump BRB rules. 2) It does limit how much you can manifest, just not in the way people think.
