Brother Navaer Solaq
Q. Can a monsterous creature be deployed on top of a building/ruin? Maybe I am thinking that it cannot do it because of size of model. However, if there is enough space can the model be deployed on top of the building/ruin. Hyuzanriu
You can put anything on top of it as long as it isn't deemed impassable terrain. If it fits is sits. dosiere
To be fair there would be a lot of fluff cases where a unit could be deployed somewhere it couldn't normally get to in a game. A Land Raider for example could be moved/air dropped into a position to offer fire support from an advantageous piece of high ground. This happens IRL with artillery at least. A sniper could get himself to the top of a tower or the roof of a building using climbing equipment that would not make sense to use in the middle of an active battle. Granted, this makes a lot more sense if we're talking about an army fighting defensively from prepared positions, and most 40K games seem to assume an even fight between two forces both recently arrived to a battle zone.
