Advice on Night Lords army list

Hello, I havent played a whole lot of 4ok, just the odd game over the years. I'm more interested in painting than playing. However, I would like to get into 30k. I've drawn up a list for a night lords army and would like some advice since it's probably down right horrible haha. Any help would be appreciated.
