Ulrik_Ironfist
I was going to make it a dog sled, with fenrisian wolves out front and use one of the beastmen models as the Krampus, and put a little bag of melta bombs on the back as presents. In all seriousness, though, Logan has lost a ton of his utility, and While I have the models (the old metal one and the new stormrider one, albiet magnetized), I rarely field him as logan. I feel that the new 7th ed codecies are really screwing the factions, since most lords of war were superheavies in 6th. Orks have the Stompa, Chaos has the Lord of Skulls, Imperial Guard has the Baneblade, what do space marines get? Their best characters plunked in that spot, and nothing else. The only options space marines have for super heavies are taking knight allies, or IG allies. But there's a huge tax for taking IG, so the only reliable way is to take a knight. Don't get me wrong, I want a knight, two actually, but logan is a far cry from equivalent to a baneblade. The only other way to take a superheavy is to convert a baneblade into a fell blade, or get a fellblade from forgeworld. If you ask me, GW isn't thinking the whole "Make all leaders lords of war" decision. As much as I hated Vect, I think he should have been kept in the new Dark Eldar book. Now has no rules on the tabletop, which gives DEldar players the finger, saying now you can't use that model as what it should be. I'm reluctant to use named characters anyway (save for farsight, and maybe some necron characters), because it sorta cheapens my victory, also they're a lot of points. That's my 2 cents.
