Thunderstrike Formation Question

A Thunderstrike consist of WG, WGTDA and a Droppod. It also states if a reserve roll is made all of them come on the table.Droppod assault automatically Passes reserves and comes round 1.

Does this mean the whole formation arrives round 1 when DP is part of the first wave?

Had to make own Thread since no one answers in FAQ

I believe RAI would be that you cant bring it in automatically turn 1 as you have not rolled for reserves. I know auto entry dp rules but I dont believe it iscwhat is intended. If it is your only dp, only the wg pa will come on. At least thats how I would play it

If the DP and the TDA come on separately, then you can not benefit from the twin-linked rule seeing as the whole formation did not arrive. This is an issue without an answer and needs to be talked about with the opponents. Until a FAQ comes out, this is a very sticky situation.

We can all argue until the eagles choke, we will not arrive at an answer. This needs official clarification.

This is still up in the air, but a possible way to mitigate it is throw the WGTDA in a pod and make sure you have 3 then 2 can come on first turn. Possible solution to try and solve some arguements. Otherwise I would say you might just have to wait until turn 2 to get your drop pod.
