Id personally take a drake, but thats mostly because its a bit more versatile and I do best with a fast army. Luckily I dont need either anymore - long live the HellBlade! brother_contagion Posted November 27, 2014 Share Posted November 27, 2014 Well, unless they changed it in IA13, the Blight Drone has a Reaper Autocannon and a Maw Cannon that can fire a short range assault 1 Battle Cannon or heavy flamer. So you could fire the battle cannon (since its an assault weapon) and the Reaper Autocannon. I think they could do a lot more damage than a Heldrake could, but yeah they are expensive especially for only 2HP and on the last hp they always explode. Emperors Immortals Posted November 27, 2014 Share Posted November 27, 2014 I should have also said the Drone is a beautiful sculpt, and well worth owning especially in a Nurgle force. The 2 HP hasnt been too bad combined with daemonic Resiliance and Daemon of Nurgle - they do last a surprisingly long time, like the decimators. So, Drones are great but not as competitive IMO as a Drake and/or 2 HellBlades. Certianly nothing wrong with them though from my playtesting.
