Firing Tempest shells, that's 8 haywire shots at 24 inches. With assault 1 profile, it's a threat range of 30 inches.  Backed up by a Command Section, you can get +1 BS for the squad from the Section's cognis-signum.  4.444 hull points a turn on average with the +1 BS buff, 3.333 a turn without.  The unit is fragile, but it's got a pretty fair shot at killing a Spartan in one go, and doing it from halfway across the board - and you can hide it in a Dracosan for not too many points.

 

Seems a might bit silly.

Yes, but even if the squad dies after killing the Spartan, you've still got the Dracosan - which is a pretty beastly vehicle by itself (especially if you toss the demolisher cannon on it, as the squad still fits in it after the transport capacity reduction).  Even better, if you kill the Spartan with the squad, the Dracosan can then dump a demolisher cannon shot right onto the juicy terminators that were hiding inside.

 

That BS3 really hurts, though.  If you could figure out some good ways to increase the to-hit for the squad, you could either keep the same damage output and reduce the size, or just go crazy with it and have a one-turn KO for enemy superheavies.  16 servitors, 2 enginseers, and 2 command sections fit in a stormlord...
