Ekgar_Wolf
Hi there, brothers. I was on vacation during July and August and could not buy my Special Edition Codex. I for sure would have bought the Wolf Guard version , but now that Im looking to buy one, let me ask you: is it worth the difference in price (of course, second hand price as both are oop, and we are talking of high prices) between them ? I would like to use the prints to make a great framed wall mounted picture...could I get anywhere the additional 6 from the Wolf Guard Edition or print them by myself? Thanks. Frater Cornelius
Well, depends. Do you like golden colour and pretty pictures? Then WG is for you. It has golden coins, golden page sides, more pictures and Champions of Fenris in it. However, you will be saving money if you buy LF + COF though. I prefer metal/silver colour and I have no use for the prints, so I got myself the 251th LF edition with silver page edges and metal coins. Much more appealing to me. Gold is too shiny. Leave that to Elves :P Got myself COF on release and the painting guide was included in LF and I found it useful. I was very pleased with my purchase. So yeah, comes down to your taste in colour :P Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/300013-wolf-guard-edition-codex-vs-long-fang-edition/#findComment-3879202 Share on other sites
