I just always imagined him with one for some reason but now you've said that I don't actually remember ever reading he has one.

Same, I actually could have sworn I remembered reading that he had one in The First Heretic, but then I checked the book and realized that nowhere does it mention him using one. I feel like it's still pretty possible it was mentioned in some short story that he had a jump pack but I'm totally fine with him just being terrifyingly agile.

As a night lords fan I think it's great, the only problem I have is that the face doesn't quite suit Curze for me. I think they got it spot on in massacre but the models face is a bit too old and quite frankly looks like a monkey from the original planet of the apes film.

Not sure how I feel about the model… My first thought was - “YES! Now I know what to get myself for Christmas”. But then I looked at it closely and became less enthusiastic. The “trophies” appear to be too large (unless they are sculls and heads of other primarchs). Also, agree with a previous statement about the face – a bit too old. But at the end – he is Primarch of my legion and I will buy it anyway.

Regarding his jumppack... Isn't it his armor that gives him D3 hammer of wrath?  If you look at his back, there are some vents and what not just above the cloak line. Perhaps he has some sort of lift capacity besides using jets of flame and noise?

Those are pretty much the same vents that are on every space marine backpack, including Lorgar and Vulkan's packs. His Hit&Run and HoW rules are listed under his armour so I guess you could make the argument that the strength enhancement of power armour contributes to his ability to move like that, but I like to think the hammer of wrath attacks are more representative of his sheer ferocity.

Do you know what, I thought the same when I first looked at the face but I think its just the paint job, if you look at the bare sculpt it looks much better.  That being said I'm not saying you are wrong just that I think its best to reserve judgement until you have the model in hand.

Now I just need them to release Sevatar next weekend and i'll be well made up :)

I read that and thought... "Kurze's armor must be a batsuit"

Awesome model, really captures his evil malice.  I want the Lion.

Looks like we are about halfway finished with the Primarchs now! Of course we still need the Emperor, beloved by all.

That's why I'm hoping Curze's diorama base fits with the Lions so that would mean the 1st is next :D

But hope is the first path as they say haha

Especially since Calth is the Next Book :p

Like I said in the Other Thread, I'd like to see the rumored M+++ Rated Version they had to scrap of the Night Haunter...

I already have some ideas in mind, but I'd still like to see how Simon Would have gone about it.

To put it bluntly, there's zero chance of that I'm afraid. Extermination needs the decks clearing before moving onto any further Legion material. And with Calth being Vol V the XIII have already called dibs on what occurs after that. Although I wouldn't be 100% shocked if Vol VI (the rumoured shadow crusade) got the DA included to represent them turning up at Macragge.

Mark that down as very wishful thinking however

Say what now? I'm intrigued.
