Surrender_Monkey
I've got about £100 to spend on an airbrush and accessories (Christmas present!) and I'm wondering where to start. I looked around and it seems that you can get starter kits for £40-50, with higher end ones up closer to £100. Given that I've not used an airbrush before, should I be going for the cheaper one (and maybe buy some other stuff with it, like paints) or should I spend a little more? Any advice welcome. Firepower
There have been several threads on this subject that may be worth a read through. Personally, I recommend the Iwata Neo for an airbrush, as it's cheap but reliable. I use a Master air compressor (with moisture trap) that runs fairly quiet and hasn't failed me yet. I would only buy a more expensive/higher end airbrush once you got used to using one and decided you wanted to keep on doing so.
