Frater Cornelius Posted December 11, 2014 Share Posted December 11, 2014 Okay, so here is my first attempt and reading through the codex for a few times: ML2 Librarian w/ Relic Jump Pack, Artificer Armour, Psi Axe Command Squad w/ Jump Pack, 3 Meltas Command Squad w/ Jump Pack, 3 Meltas Fragioso w/ Heavy Flamer, Magna Grapples, Drop Pod w/ Deathwind Launchers 10 Tacs w/ Melta, Multimelta, Combi-Melta, Drop Pod w/ Deathwind Launchers 10 Tacs w/ Melta, Multimelta, Combi-Melta, Drop Pod w/ Deathwind Launchers 5 Grav Bikes w/ 2 Grav Guns, Combi-Grav 5 Grav Bikes w/ 2 Grav Guns, Combi-Grav Sicaran Battle Tank w/ Dozer Blade, Legacy of Glory: Schizm of Mars Dante Should be around the 1750 mark, plus-minus 5-10 points (did the point cost of the top of my head). The basic idea is for Dante and Librarian to join one CS each and either deploy or DS by using Descend of Angels to deal with armour. Once landed, Dante can even go his own way. With the BA primaris he will punch his way through anything short of TWC. Tacs and Fragioso provide early pressure and body count. Sicaran takes on skimmers and bikes take on high toughness units and MCs. I skipped DC this time. They did not seem to fit the plan. This is primarily a mobile ranged army. There is a way of including them as well as Astorath by dropping the bike units down to 3 each and exchanging tacs with sniper scouts (using the BA detachment of cause, to get 4 elite slots).
