Infantry survivability rating (new codex)

Included priest for Assault marines, Terminators and Sanguinary Guard. This is not a measure of the best unit, just an overall impression over how much beating a unit can take per point.

 

Some unit's have much better offense per model and the priest also gives +1ws, but the rating it purely defense. I'm not sure if to include ranged AP3 (as i don't see much of it) and perhaps the plasma to bolter to melta ratio should be different. You can view the scores invidually in the spreadsheet. Cover saves will help all units equally except terminators, Stormshield Termies won't get any bonus from cover at all, these is not measured in the rating.

4 power fists worth pts for 5, power sword worth pts for champion (combat shield) and power sword pts worth for apothecary (FnP).  You can throw in a Storm Shield in there as well, for a power sword worth of pts.
