It's a flat statement: "a model attacking with this weapon Piles In and fights at Initiative step 1". So a Sanguinary Guard has an effective I5 on his profile, but still doesn't get to fight until step 1 if attacking with an axe or fist. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
