Cities of Death, Planetstrike, & Old Strategems

I realize that if you can reach an understanding with your opponent - then everything is ok and permissable.

 

But that notwithstanding, is there an 'official' GW stance on whether the old Strategems from the (5th Ed?) Cities of Death Expansion still apply for Cities of Death Missions in Shield of Baal: Leviathan (the latter of which describes no Strategems)?

 

What about the Cities of Death Strategems from like the Crimson Slaughter Supplement?

 

And same question for old Planetstrike Strategems with the new Planetstrike Missions in The Red Waaagh?

Considering they included such things in recent works, and they haven't changed them via FAQ, then they are fully legit as written. However, some things will probably make your eyes crossed if you look at them too closely with the current ruleset.
