Not sure if anyone else noticed, but Shield of Baal: Leviathan gives us a Flyer Ace that provides Relentless to all units from the CSM dex within 12", all the time. So we just need to fly an Ace Heldrake nearby to fire Salvo 3 Sonics and Blastmasters on the move. And that's 12" from the hull, not the base. A rare example of the Heldrake's wide, droopy wingspan being an advantage, but important to remember with something like a Hell Blade.
