considering turning some khorne bezerkers into nurgle chosen

Hey guys so ive got around 14-15 bezerkers i dont use anymore. Now im considering turning them into nurgle chosen now ive got an idea of how to do it but should i?

My plague wolves. Basically im thinking remove khorne symbols off the shoulder pads do some head swaps with spare csm heads or chaos warrior heads not decides which yet

Im thinking one squad of 7 with 5 flamers burny burny nurgle likes burny and another squad of 7 with 5 chain axes

I would suggest making the flamers look like some sort of chemical or biological weapons if possible.

Based on the leak which has been accurate so far on the 25th will be some kind of formation for Khârn. I wouldn't cut up your models til after then, just in case it's worth playing with for a couple of games.
