ElectricPaladin Posted December 23, 2014 Share Posted December 23, 2014 On Saturday, my FLGS, Endgame Oakland, will be holding a Tanks for the Memories event, a 2k Spearhead tournament. This sounds like it's right up my tread-headed alley! The question is, which spearheads are best for the Blood Angels codex... and which one is the best for the fellglaive that I plan to pull out! Important context: the event organizers have decided that I can bring my fellglaive as a Lord of War... which means that I can apply a spearhead to it, rather than having to use the Superheavy Spearhead to bring it at all! Anyway... looking at the options in the pdf... Armored Spearhead I'm thinking of putting this on a pair of land raider crusaders. Might be a good pick for my fellglaive. Ambush Spearhead Another good possibility for my fellglaive (stealth). Good for a Baal or two? Mechanized Assault Spearhead Maybe a land raider crusader, thus allowing an assault squad or terminator squad to outflankt? Mass Attack Spearhead Another good idea, to give my troops Strengh 7 krak grenades? What are your thoughts? I'll check back in with a list when I've had a chance to make one.
