Has anyone used the GW technical paint for Blood Angels at all, it's called Blood for the Blood God http://www.games-workshop.com/en-GB/Citadel-Technical?s=99189956005 Wondering if anyone has had any success with it or could post their results? Vettanker Posted December 28, 2014 Share Posted December 28, 2014 I've used it for blood effects on some of my Tyranids. It works quite well for that. But if you're thinking of using it to paint BA armor, eh. It's a good shade of red but has a very high gloss finish to it so it looks like wet blood. Not only it's glossy, but it purposefully gathers in "scabs" when it dries, it's weird like that. The end result was not particularly good, so I covered it with another layer of black and rehighlighted. On the other hand, it looks great on the metallic Blood Talons.
