As I said in the new thread;

http://www.bolterandchainsword.com/topic/301191-grey-knights-not-so-incorruptible-after-all/

So it's not just that *maybe* the uncorruptible Grey Knights have somehow fallen to courruption.

But actually it's the utterly uncorruptible of the uncorruptible that have potentially fallen.

/sigh

Has the unthinkable happened? A Grey Knight, a Purifier no less, turned against his own and embraced Chaos? Upon the Blade of Purity, it looks as if just that has happened. What else could explain the vessel's mysterious disappearance, and the loss of all its crew

No Grey Knight would ever even *think* that's possible.  No player who knew anything about the GK would even entertain the possiblity.

Flame Bait to buy the audio book indeed.

It's like reverse fanservice.

It will be a cross dressing Chaos Sorcerer/possessed pretending to be a Grey Knight.

If GK can get corrupted then this is how End Times 40k starts with me quitting before stupidity has the Corpse Emperor marching the stars again.

GKs have to become evil to be interesting as their fluff is rather dull IMO, just being +1 on regular marines.

I doubt they'd get new units, they'll likely just get new fluff.

Does Crowd really have the best daemon weapon? That sounds stupid as surely chaos would have the best one.

Crowe truely has the most powerful Daemonweapon in existence.

But he's that damn good (and even more 100% uncorruptible than the 100% uncorruptible Purifiers - who are more uncorruptible than regular GKs), that he uses it only as a pointed stick.

Probably to taunt the damn thing. msn-wink.gif

The Blade of Antwyr is induestructible. "It's warp-spwaned form impervious to all means at thier disposal". And it couldn't be sealed away as to "invite corruption of the Chambers Guardians". It also couldn't just be jetisoned into space "for they felt certian a fresh bearer would be drawn to its evil".

So Crowe runs around with it. Hopeing to not take a Lascannon to the face.

As he's is singularily the *only* being in the Universe who can resist it's lure.

So its better than the black mace? It just seems weird to me how Chaos doesn't have a stronger one.

Ugh, I hate that kind of fluff when someone's the 'only one in the universe who can do something', its way too cliché for me.

Finally, how can you be >100%? That's impossible!

It is probably a lead bait so you would buy the book of course. About Crowe, imo they should make him more OP if he is the leader of the Purifiers for example make Purifiers troops(like they once were) or be able to command a squad of terminators who also know cleansing flame.

Chaos does. Abaddon's daemonsword tears reality apart with its edge.

Apart from being able to corrupte the incorruptible Purifiers, and draw evil to its location.

And then there's the undesclosed powers of mass destrcution it has;

"the sword that had nearly once doomed the galaxy"

Ah Ward and his hyperbole.
