LutherMax
n00bish question no doubt but I keep seeing people refer to a 3++ or 5++ etc save and I haven't been able to find out what it means via a Google search. Anyone care to enlighten me?! Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/301189-what-does-x-mean/ Share on other sites
Jolemai
Invulnerable save. The extra + is what differentiates it from a regular armour save. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/301189-what-does-x-mean/#findComment-3904110 Share on other sites

tsijben
It's just a community thing. Armour Save: 2+ Inv Save: 3++ FNP: 5+++ Reanimation Protocol: 4++++ And yes, I once had a character with: 2+r/3++r/5+++/4++++ (r's being able to reroll) The last two are hardly used, since the values are nearly always the same. I think the strongest you can get is: 3++r/2++++r (It uses a Necron-Formation and the big Necron Tomb Citadel for almost 800 points) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/301189-what-does-x-mean/#findComment-3904971 Share on other sites
