Daemon Engines and IA13 Gribblies

With a pretty huge helping of inspiration from IA13, I fell down a deep dark rabbit hole of making big mean machines this last few months.

A really simple, but I think pretty effective helblade conversion from a heldrake. Basically a smaller version of the awesome heldrake conversions we've all seen before.

Another super simple but golden conversion for a dreadclaw.

I got bit by the helbrute bug, and got the urge to make three grumpy little ogres to use as a mayhem pack. These were a blast to make, the new helbrute kit is great for bits. I think they're adorable.

Frankensteining from my bits-box, I cobbled together this sneaky critter to use as a second maulerfiend.

And finally, a giant skeleton-king that I made from some tomb-king parts, and a crappy old terminator action figure. Figure he'll make a good Unclean One, or Ctan shard from that shiney new formation.

Lemmi know what you think!

The helblade is pretty simple. Just the body and small wings from the heldrake (thanks ebay!), and the gun/head is the punisher cannon barrels from a vengeance battery I had laying around. I need to find some more engine parts to stick in the gaping holes along the back though.

Wow. This whole thread (even though it's only a single post just now) is made up of almost all the wins. Your conversions are unbelievably original and awesome, but That bull-like Maulerfiend is just fracking amazing. All hail you. Hail!
