I am running a land raider crusader dedicated transport containing belial, a deathwing command squad and a librarian with terminator armor. 1) The command squad has a banner of devastation, does this still take effect even though the command squad is inside? 2) I imagine the hurricane bolters gain the advantage of the banner above. Is this correct? 3) I read that the psyker can still cast even though he is in the transport, if the psy power refers to the librarians unit, does that also include the crusader he is inside? Frater Cornelius Posted January 2, 2015 Share Posted January 2, 2015 1) Yes, you measure from the hull. 2) Yes, check the most recent 7ed DA FAQ on BL. 3) No. Psykers can only cast Witchfires if embarked on a transport with a hatch. No other things can be casted. If the transport has no hatch, then no Witchfires as well. Meaning, no psychics when embarked on a Crusader.
