DA command squad option tricking : is it possible?

Hi guys, I'm preparing my club's tourny and I'm in the critical point of army list building and I was wondering

 

Let's say I take a Librarian on bike. Can I unlock a command squad on foot AND a RW command squad with him?

 

According to the codex, there's no limitation of one command squad per character, but maybe there's an ETC convention or something that I've missed.
