Slipstream

Not all of these are mine. The white scars, some of the space wolves, and the last warhound are not mine. I've actually had to sell quite a bit of my own stuff for bills. I use to have a very very well paying job and I could spend a few hundred a week on warhammer with no thoughts. That's how I got all the tau. Now it's another story. Now I'm doing commission painting to fund my crack habit of warhammer (when it's not paying bills),

I've got 2 start up businesses that I'm trying to off their feet so it's a bit tight. I own a bakery and a game store. Plus I'm working a part time job in retail and painting. So I don't get to paint like I ise to,

So the last 2 weeks have been insane for me and I haven't been able to get much painting done.

My daughter (a member of this forum, panda squirrel) was seriously ill and we almost lost her, then at my business, we have had to close a lot due to water issues, which are now resolved. I'm also pending surgery next Tuesday.

As for a painting update, I've been continuing to work on the white scars, space wolves and some death Korps of krieg. I will get some pics posted soon.

I am sorry to hear that your daughter became so il, but I am also happy to hear that you didn't lose her and I hope she makes a full and speedy recovery, and for your surgery, well all the best with that!!

Now things have been getting back on track. Finished the white scars and space wolves I had for the commission. While waiting for the next to come in, I did some work on my death Korps models. Here has been as of late.

So I've made it known to those im painting for that during the etl my services are on hold. Problem is that I don't know where to go with the etl this year. I've been 3 years running with raven guard. But after having to sell off most of what i own, I have the ability to replace a Lot now and I don't know where to go with it.

Should I go raven guard and rebuild the forces

Rebuild the black templar for the glory of Dorn?

Should I build up my elysian drop troops and dkok?

Or go heresy with a faction?

Well they are all something I enjoy. Only models I have ever struggled to paint was chaos as they are just so daunting to me. And which every I choose to paint, a warhound is waiting to join.

In that case, Team Heresy has a Reaver courtesy of Atia so if you wanted a team to have a Titan Maniple, we'd possibly be the closest :p

so I will be doing the ETL this year. not to the extent that i had hoped as I didnt have the funds come in that was expected. so I will be working on various IG stuff I have floating around and will be repairing the used stuff that my daughter didnt paint last year in her ETL. I will post here as well as a proper ETL thread for all to see and follow.

aside from this I have started working on a huge space wolves commission 18 TWC, 20 Fennies and a pile of other wolves items. I have finsihed the chaos models (pics to follow) and starting on his harliquins (no pics for that per forum rules, sorry).

I Arizonajirt rise to the challenge of E TENEBRAE LUX and vow to complete the following units from codex Astra Militarum of total value 3,000 on or before August 1st, 2015. Success will bring eternal glory to my various forces and failure will doom me to bear the Badge of the Oathbreaker until the year-end.
