TOTAL 2000PTS!!!!

This looks like a solid list in terms of things on the ground... atm you have no anti aircraft - a fire raptor can chew stuff up SUPER EFFICIENTLY if it's in 3+ armour. Also, you may want to edit the original post so you only give values for the units as a whole, not individual upgrades, as well as listing all the rules, or your post could get taken down.

So basically as long as you aren't facing an army with flyers in it you should be fine. I think the shields and TD armour should keep a scorpius from ruining your day as well, although I am by no means an expert :)

Dudes with shield wall is rad... 10 dudes walking with shield while 10 other dudes walk beside them and 2 tanks scoot around are gonna get shot to pieces. I think you should be walking them and having units teleport on top of Polux with support tanks dropping pie plates- you have a lil over 500 points wrapped up in LR's- I would use those points to beef up the breachers and tac squad to 20- give each an apothecary, use the left overs for predators and a scorpius.

This list has the makings to be HARD and will need the bodies to take the hits for the Warders and Brethren to make it into range to do what they do.

I understand what you are saying, however note that the Phalanx warders are 15man squad, and there is also a 10 man tactical squad also. putting the Warders into the Spartan ensures that the 15 men dont get shot up whilst they are on the way in, the walking squads are just distractions and objective holders. The real aggressors come in the form of the Templar Brethren with Polux and Phalanx Warders arriving to kill anything.

Ahhh.... Ok, the 'battlescribe' formatting is a little hard to read(also the mods may smite thee for all the points being listed;)

Still- 30k is a numbers game and you are evenly matched 2+2. You've got 2 expensive units in 2 expensive vehicles with 2 small sized units hoofing it across the board.

Spartans are the bomb and will be a fire magnet, the Phobos will be next and only has a small squad inside. Those 2 walking squads will be a template magnet and are going to be an afterthought against most opponents target priority. For backfield objective camping I see their value- again- love the theme you're rocking with sigi and Polux and the brethren and warders- maybe stick Polux in with sigi in the Spartan and blow the walking squads up to 20, grab a venerator and maybe a small termi squad to teleport in on the assault lines once that Spartan make contact.

Though the GoS RoW adds t+1 it only does so if X members of the squad are equiped with the correct wargear also it makes Warders a troop choice not a dedicated troop choice so you need at least X2 breacher squads to fill the minimum troop requirement for the RoW.

Unless FW has faq'd this Phalanx warders cannot fill mandatory troop slots.

I stand corrected and I thank you Slipstreams for that correction!

Just a fyi with the Imperial Fists right of war you can not teleport in anything. As per the restriction.

This started a debate with my gaming group, to summarize and without FW input on this issue we decided that that restriction did not imply to Polox himself as it is a specific special rule granted to ANY unit and not something that you can add as a wargear option. The consensus was that his inclusion in the RoW with his specific rules supersedes the RoW again this is our house rules and may be incorrect but that is how we are rolling.
