Captain General
The Tempest Fugitives lists this as part of the AM. I'm using their "history" of the AM as a basis for my forge world's forces. As I like to "tinker" with the AM, I'm thinking of making a unit of them up. Would SoB figures do or are their others who would look better? Grimnar42
I was leaning more to Death Cult Assasins with a bit of modifcation Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/302215-cydonian-sisterhood/#findComment-3926341 Share on other sites
Battybattybats
Here's the one i made.It is meant to be a branch of the Cydonian Sisterhood associated with the Knightly house House Cydonia of New Ares rather than Mars.http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f250/supreme_martian_overlord/DSCF0002-2.jpgBasis is a dark elf sister of slaughter, carefully chosen from the lot.http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f250/supreme_martian_overlord/DSCF0007-3.jpgPointy ears were removed, back of the head cut off. Then i got two of the Tempestus Scions Servo-Skull, cut the face off one as well as it's mechadendrites and censer, that made the back of her head and the halo. The point-tipped mechadendrite was cut away and affixed in a hole i drilled into her back. I did the same with the second servo-skull at a slightly different length and angle. The idea for the weapons being the whip will be an ancient form of electro-coil, the strange device on the wrist is a marvel of alchemical arts from the dark age of technology, a device which scans lifeforms in the immediate vicinity or targeted via the implants of the wielder and in seconds tailors poisons specific to their DNA and corrosives particular to what armour they might be wearing so that the envenomed stinging mechadendrites might do their grisly work directly or by 'spitting' the corrosive/poison mix at short range. http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f250/supreme_martian_overlord/DSCF00042-1.jpgAs the couple of Sisters of Cydonia in the writings of Graham McNeil seem quite different I'm thinking this other miniature i made (not so original a piece of course) i may also use as a Sister of Cydonia.http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f250/supreme_martian_overlord/DSCF00022-1.jpgI'll be using them as counts-as imperial assassins. Captain General
.... so, you would use the Imperial assassin rules for them? CG Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/302215-cydonian-sisterhood/#findComment-3928581 Share on other sites
Battybattybats
Yes that's my plan. The first with the whip i'll use as a Callidas, the chainblade handed one an Eversor. I am pondering ideas for a vindicare-equivalent and i have a miniature i am working on to use as a Mechanicus Psyker and/or Culexus equivalent.(don't worry the chaos points will be made into cog-teeth so this is a loyalist)http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f250/supreme_martian_overlord/DSCF0018-1.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/302215-cydonian-sisterhood/#findComment-3929086 Share on other sites
