13th Company

Jarl of Wulfen

Recommended Posts

So I've thought about updating my old 3rd/4th edition era 13th company to include some of the toys that are open to us with the recent codex.  In doing so, I wondered what other people have done since the EoT campaign with their 13th Co armies?

My models all have some chaos-y bits or color schemes on them and I've always hesitated bring vehicles into the mix.  That was one of the things about the 13th.  They were foot sloggers with the occasional biker gang.  I never really ran too many bikes as in the way back when, the group I played with used smaller tables.  I remember being in my oppenents depolyment zone on turn 1 with lucky rolls.

I'd like to keep that "scavenger" feel /look but not sure about the best way to go about it.  How has/have the other Fraters dealt with this?

I made my 13th company into a more standard Lost Company, represented Wulfen as Blood Angels Death Company and everything else fits in fairly well.

But if you want to keep the 13th Company feel I'd try going the route of Thunderwolf Cavalry. Maybe some looted chaos tanks.

Also in the references Valerian has made a lovely 13th company "fandex" in an attempt to bring the old EoT Dex in line with new rules

Thanks for the mention; I was going to point it out to OnyxGuard, too.  Here's the direct link.
