Warp shunt field and passenger rule.

So, in thinking of ways to survive Athrawes 2 deredeos, 2 javelins, and a fellblade in a 2500 point match I thought of this:

 

I already have a terminator blob and a praetor inside of a spartan with a flare shield. However I was thinking I could take a warp shunt field for a 3++ against all shooting attacks. Can this work on the spartan while my praetor is embarked in it?

 

A fare shielded spartan with the 3++ would survive nearly anything to be able to get its cargo where they need to go.

Its worded as "The Warp Shunt Field grants a 3+ Invulnerable to Shooting attacks for the Bearer ONLY[...]"

 

I would thus say that, only the Preator gets the 3++ Not the Spartan, not the Terminator Blob hes with, him and him alone.
