Did that sorcerer start life as the Chaos Marines Sorcerer with Force Blade, + Tzeentch head from chaos marine command squad and use of icon of Tzeentch kit for the backpack? Yeah, the hard part was adding the Icon of Tzeentch to the backpack, wasn't easy to get it right without making it look goofy.
