So Shadow Hunters really transmit the feel I want them to have. They will prowl the far ends of the Imperium borders, Raiding Space Hulks for lost relics, fighting chaos and genestealers cults. They will be a Fleet Based Chapter, IF gene Seed but Mantis Warriors CT. I am a Son of Dorn and cant change that. The Colors will be Black, Red and some gold. Why? Because I'm a lazy painter. And to make him a Close Combat beast I intend to add a second specialist weapon. I have a game next month 500 points and the chapter master is already at 200 xD. He will be taking a bolt pistol ahaha. The right side of the leather tabard thing is also a bit out I need something on the side to make it look good. Its uptseting me quite a lot. Some pouches will do the trick probably. Tonight will try to finish him. If someone has sugestion for the lore that would be cool. I want to try and make them kinda like a proto knight chapter. A bit feudal. Hardly original ofc but will fit the CT and its good to have some fancy traditions.I have decided for WS gene seed because WS are growing on me.Also ordered some chainmail tabards from SpellCrow to add on my CM and Veterans and Sargent's. Just to give them that distinct look.Also bought a sternguard veteran torso, because my CM needs a bit more of bling and its an artificer armour. And 2 company champion power sword because I love the design. Now how to convert them to right hand...Will post some images of my shopping and will work on the squads and leave the Characters for last while I wait for the bits. My Veterans will use the Champion power sword and the CM will keep his Relic Blade. And will paint the CM cape Black just to go with the theme. The look is quite Similar to Angels of Vengeance During the weekend will add more stuff and fluff. Opinions suggestions and what not are welcome ofc. Next week will receive my Transfers and power swords and will finish the honour guard. Got a gane in 2 weeks. Just going for a rough build up then ill touch them up more.
