marvmoogy
Hi guys, I've just started building my Blood Angels Army. It is going to be based around the Deathstorm box and I'm going to build up the Formation as per the box. I've been on ebay and have managed to get a 2nd Furioso Dreadnought....and I'm not sure what to do for! How would you build it Death Company, Librarian or Furioso? The force will be reinforced with a couple of tac squads in Rhinos, a Baal Predator, 10 more Death Company, Sanguinary Guard and the Terminators from Space Hulk. Cheers! Xenith
What do you like the look of the most? You already have a death co dread, I'd consider making it into a librarian, then finding an assault on black reach dread cheap on ebay, and giving it the frag cannon to make another furioso! marvmoogy
Nice thought about the AOBR dread (and I have a spare knocking around....) Libby dread was my first thought but just not so sure now....are they worth the points in game terms? Quixus
What Xenith said. If you can't/won't get a cheap third dread, I would go with the fragioso. Don't forget to buy drop pods. (and a stormraven for Cassor) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/302799-2nd-dreadnought-build/#findComment-3936333 Share on other sites
CastellanDeMolay
If you magnetise the sarcophagus (the arm swaps are easy without any surgery) then you can swap between Furioso and Librarian Dreadnoughts at will. Silverson
I would recomend building the furioso/librarian and for the price of 2 magnets some glue a bit of plastic and 10mins of you time to build all the options its well worth it. its so easy because the arms just slide on and off. Xenith
Seeing as you already have a spare AoBR dread, the discussion is academic: MOAR DREADZ! Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/302799-2nd-dreadnought-build/#findComment-3936737 Share on other sites
marvmoogy
I've been mulling it over some.....will wait and see how it goes.... I'll probably start a small PLOG over here when I get a shift on with it Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/302799-2nd-dreadnought-build/#findComment-3936806 Share on other sites
Brit Viper
Librarian Dread is awesome, that thing can kill Abbaddon on a good day. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/302799-2nd-dreadnought-build/#findComment-3936980 Share on other sites
Shaezus
I've done the same as mentioned above and can vouch for it - the arms slide on and off easily enough - so a fragioso / librarian swap is a great addition. Always had mine in pods. Depends on your build of course, but multiple dreads are so much fun to play with.
