Still no firing combi weapons and cyclone missile launcher?

Not sure what the question is here.

TDA gives you relentless, so you can fire multiple weapons.

So if you are armed with a CML and stormbolter you can fire both or if you are armed with a CML and a combi-weapon you can fire both (but only fire one mode of the combi weapon).

Relentless doesn't allow you to fire two weapons in the same turn. In the rules for Cyclone Missile Launcher it says you can fire the missles and a storm bolter, it doesn't mention combi-weapons so I'd say you can't.

No, a Combi-Bolter is a twin-linked bolter. Chaos use those instead of Stormbolters.

A Combi-Melta is a 1-shot Melta + a Bolter, not a Stormbolter. The Stormbolter is replaced. So no, no firing combi-weapons + CML. Only SB + CML. Go figure.

It's probably not an oversight, as the CML has had that same rule for as long as I can remember. A model with a CML can also fire a Storm Bolter in the same turn, which is an exception to the usual rules. A Combi-weapon, of any type, is not a Storm Bolter. Ergo, you can't fire a CML and Combi-weapon in the same turn, and must pick which you're going to use when you shoot.

I dunno, I can easily see it being an oversight (though I agree RAW is pretty clear). Maybe it's just my low opinion of GW's editing and proofreading services, but it sounds entirely plausible to me they just pasted the CML rules in from C:SM, and it didn't twig for them that this could be an issue, as we're the only Marines that can combine combis and CMLs on the same model.

Aye fair enough if thats how its written, have never played it that way. RAW ill it storm bolters only from now on...but come on...if the terminator can fire a storm bolter whilst launching missles, im pretty sure he could manage a combi weapon...especially if only firing the boltgun part of it :D

Not an oversight.  If you want a reason, the storm bolter is an assault weapon, whereas the bolter is not (and only the plasma would not be an assault for the combi, I know). Somewhere in the brb it makes mention of assault not needing to be aimed precisely.  So I'd say the rule for allowing storm bolsters and not combi weapons is simplicity since the bolter or the plasma would not be assault.

A weak argument, but one that uses just the printed material.
