DominicJ
Historically, I have always played this sort of thing as multiply then add, because thats how maths works, but I seem to be pretty lonely in this regard. Is there any sort of semi divine ruling out there, or should I just expect this to be a constant problem? Hyuzanriu
You don't need anything that is speculation. I do not remember the page number but it is found within the first 5 (actual pages with content) pages of the rulebook. It is multiply then add. Toomanyprojects
I've always done it that way as well. I work it out thus: Base Strength > Weapon Mod (x2, +3 etc) > bonus for abilities (furious charge) So I agree that a powerfist furious charging would be strength 9, and not 10 Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/303022-furious-charge-and-a-powerfist/#findComment-3940393 Share on other sites

Xenith
As ever, the first port of call should be the rulebook. It gives this exact example in there, under the heading 'multiple modifiers'. If you have trouble finding a topic, use the index :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/303022-furious-charge-and-a-powerfist/#findComment-3940631 Share on other sites
JamesI
Powerfists with Furious Charge are strength 9 assuming the wielder to be strength 4 base.
