Unfortunately due to work dragging me everywhere it has until recently taken a back seat. Thankfully I have got a bit more stable in where I am working and picked my paint brush back up. First of all I am working on my banner and was wandering if anyone has any advice on weathering cloth. Very cool idea. Are the parts from a Roman set? The bases are really cool and fit the models well, and you have included just the right amount of gore to suggest the heavy fighting. Great work, the sons of Dorn are a good fit to the Praetorians I think even more so with fantastic paint jobs! I Give you Sergeant Garrett formualy of the 14th Deep in the bowels of the Thunderer, Staff Sergeant Garrett, was running a live fire exercise with his new squad; in his eyes there was a lot of work to do. His squad was made up of the survivors of 7 different companies, all with their own operating procedures and different specialties. While moving down the course he had to step in five times to plug a weakness in their line as members left gaps in their fields of fire. He was not a ranged specialist but understood enough to know that fighting anything else than these practice servitors his squad would be dead 3 times over. He turned to on of the brothers who had made the most recent failing “Dam it Osbert don’t push in front of the line! Unsupported and unaware you will get yourself killed. What did they teach you in the 45th? Before the hapless marine could answer he heard someone clearing their throat behind him. Turning around in a fury he saw a human navel officer behind his squad. “Yes!” he said in a blaze on anger. The officer took an involuntary step back, “Sir the Chapter Master Requests your Presence in the stratagem.” Garrett looked back over his Squad, “Very well.
