Yeah, so we've already seen these, but you get some fluff too, so whatever: Autilon Skorr Alpha Legion 2015 Event Model Rules 19/02/2015 Nârik Dreygur Iron Warriors 2015 Event Model Rules 19/02/2015 Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/303702-consul-rules-published/ Share on other sites

Daemon2027
I want more on the events of Epsilion-Stranivar IX. Also Gravewalker is what I was going to call my Death Guard Captain :( Good job I'm so over that and building Night Lords now. GrandMagnus
So as far as I understand it the Delegatus consul allows you to take a rite of war as with a praetor, but without the praetor? That is actually nice for those small fluffy forces. Too bad you cant take allies with the delegatus Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/303702-consul-rules-published/#findComment-3956523 Share on other sites

Well I get paid next week. Then probally. It's in the background for those two guys, seems to be Alpha Legion and Iron Warriors vs Shattered Legions. Nakuth
Fantastic. Thanks, brother! Now I can brainstorm a World Eaters Praevian consul with a unit of Vorax automata... Daemon2027
Fantastic. Thanks, brother! Now I can brainstorm a World Eaters Praevian consul with a unit of Vorax automata... How much room for brain would a World Eater Praevian have left, between the cortex controller and his nails! How much room for brain would a World Eater Praevian have left, between the cortex controller and his nails! Not much, but can you imagine the effect the nails would have on the cortex controller & subsequently the cortices of battle-automata? It also presents the wonderful conversion opportunity to replace the Vorax power blades with chainaxe beards. EDIT: On another thought; will the IF +1 BS for bolt weapons apply to the Mauler bolt cannons for Castellax? Potential for BS5 bolt cannons, if so. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/303702-consul-rules-published/#findComment-3956686 Share on other sites
ThatOneMarshal
Part of the ship... I'm really tired right now so bear with me buuuuuuut what the hell does this mean? I see this repeated a lot. Am I part of a ride? I feel like an idiot but I have no idea what it is. Saw the rules on forgeworld and the other consul type looks really cool as well. Seems like a good way of bringing some mechanicum to your list without a large investment by using allies. Also they get your rules which are pretty cool. Also I'm wondering is their any benefits over pride of the legion which let's you do the same thing? It's an idiosyncrasy of ours started waaaay back ;) it's a reference to the movie pirates of the Caribbean 2 where you slowly become one of us heresyites. The heresy is our ship, and we are it's crew. You can never leave once you're on the ship, because being one of the crew, you become part of the ship. Trust me, join us and you'll love every minute of it. It's deliciously evil and we have the best community by far. Slips
You can potentially do that ever so slightly better with a bolt pistol IF moritat since he'll be at BS 6 and rerolling any 1s to hit to continue chain firing. Granted youd need RNGesus securely on your side to pull of that level of shenanigans.
