Well a Helldrake is still good, so are Obliterators, so are MSU marines in a Rhino. All in all it depends on what your main army is and how does it play. The Black Legion in particular with the Chosen as troops can provide you with some much needed Plasma Weapons. Have several squads of Chosen with a few plasma guns each in a Rhino and use them as your character killers, terminator hunters or plain annoyance while your dedicated assault units from the Daemons ramp up kills or move around. In short I think that the best thing that a CSM can offer a primary Daemons list is exactly Marines in Rhinos, any type of marines. Cheap enough and killy enough to allow you contend objectives and be in general a thorn in your opponent's side.

Despite what people say CSM has lots of good options its just that they have to work together. Assault and CC is the armies strong point so its important that alot of the units can get into combat turn 2 or just be tanky as hell. I agree helldrake and Oblits will fill in some great holes to the daemon codex. I personally play mono god nurgle because I love being able to tank 75 bolter shots to my DP's face and laugh it off *flex* plus some CSM units do great as nurgle. PM, CS, oblits, bikes, Termies. +1 toughness always good. Maulerfiends are great too.

If you are doing undivided I would strongly consider Fateweaver and belakor. Those guys can win games by themselves. Do you want to summon? Do you want flying circus (pretty OP right now in my opinion). Do you want a Khorne Chaos Lord on a jugger running at peoples faces with a pack of Spawn and SCREAMING MOAR BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD SKULLS FOR THE SKULL THRONE?
