Timeline: Virtues of the Sons and Sins of our Father

I have read the two short stories a couple of times now and I'm finding it difficult to put these in chronological order.

 

The blacklibrary.com description for VotS says "The story follows on from the events of SotF". However, the story has 4 clear story parts:

1. A discussion between Horus and Sanguinius, clearly taking place somewhere after Ullanor but before Isstvan

2. A duel between Amit and Khârn, taking place at a planet called Bask, likely shortly after story #1.

3. A duel between Azkaellon and Lucius, taking place on Henvinka, likely simultaneously to #2.

4. A 'Tempest of Angels' with Azkaellon, Amit and Sanguinius, saying that he has not seen his sons in a year, putting this story a year after #1.

 

Now, however, if SotF was a prequel, it should happen before the above events. It also takes place during a 'Tempest of Angels', but also mentions the location Fortress of Here, which is at Macragge! This would in my opinion put the story after the 'Unremembered Empire' book. So I think this is another Tempest of Angels event, not the same as on VotS.

 

What's your take on the timeline here? Am I misinterpreting something? Or is the BL description just wrong?
