Storm Eagle or Fire Raptor?

I've found that a single Storm Eagle doesn't really do much, it's either too undergunned or it's an eggs in one basket transport. Take two, minimum.

 

But a single Fire Raptor can make itself known and do well solo. It really depends on what you plan to do with them at the end of the day.

 

That said, 2 Eagles AND a Raptor make for a very meaty airfleet, especially in the jump infantry/skimmer Rite of War, the eagles let you bring the much needed 20-man Tacticals for sitting on objectives and the Raptor carries as much firepower as a Legion heavy weapon squad and then some.
