Emperor's Furor
I'm not very familiar with using monstrous creatures, especially flying ones. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to use a flying khorne daemon prince? Should I have him reserve or just have him jump about from the off? General Ravensong
Using flying princes for melee is a little risky now if you want to have them swooping, as they can't assault the same turn they switch to gliding mode. So, if they start on the table turn one and switch to glide that turn, they can land turn two, and assault turn three. I'd suggest having them gliding from cover to cover until they're ready to assault, maybe hide them behind landraiders/rhinos. Every OTHER prince, has the option to swoop around with witchfire powers and ranged gifts/artifacts as a flying weapons platform, but melee princes are mostly just fire magnets the turn they land, so watch out.
